Loyalty Scheme Where Customer Buys Package Services

Loyalty-Scheme Program

A Program defines a series of Services offered to Customers governed by a legal Contract between Program-Administrator and Rooftop selling those Services. Fulfillment of that Contract may be provided by that Rooftop, e.g., a car dealer provides LOF (lube-oil-filter) services for vehicles, or another Servicer under contract to the Program-Administrator, e.g., identity-theft protection by an insurer.

Loyalty-Scheme Customer

The person or organization who:

benefits from the Services associated with a Contract
and receives the Loyalty-Card that serves as credentials for those benefits

Not necessarily, but customarily, the person or organization who pays for the Contract.

Loyalty-Scheme Program-Administrator

Companies such as you that administer Programs.

Loyalty-Scheme Rooftop

A specific location that offers and fulfills Services.

Loyalty-Scheme Agent

Company that recruits to sell Program-Administrator's Programs and administers that relationship, receiving a Commission on each Contract for that work.

Loyalty-Scheme Agent-Broker

Broker who connects Program-Administrator with Agent.

Did this: Designed intraNet site for a major metropolitan newspaper and a smaller associated newspaper that cataloged all systems containing or potentially containing processors liable to the Y2K “bug.” Designed and documented scenarios for Y2K testing and advised their information-systems professionals in implementing said tests. Developed the site and extensively indexed it using HTML-sensitive tools developed in Visual BASIC. Documented Y2K compliance by hardware and software vendors via links to the Internet. Personally validated Y2K compliance of eight applications written in Microsoft Access with extensive use of Visual BASIC for Applications.
